Embark on a Mindful Journey: What to Expect
- Where to Park: Upon arrival, please park on the street opposide the Old Punt House at 9 Martins Creek, Paterson. Your guide guide will greet you at the gate and lead you to our secluded retreat under the majestic canopy of the Williams River gumtrees. In wet weather, our mini retreats take shelter on The Old Punt House’s inviting deck.
- Nestle into Comfort: Imagine yourself sinking into plush cushions and soft rugs, surrounded by the soothing embrace of nature. For those who prefer a different seating arrangement, simply let us know when booking. We’re here to ensure your comfort is paramount.
- Digital Detox: Dive deep into tranquility by switching off your phone, allowing the digital noise to fade away. This is your time to connect, undisturbed, with the here and now.
- A Menu of Mindful Moments: Over the next three hours, your guide will take you through a diverse landscape of meditations and mindfulness practices. Each session is sprinkled with intriguing scientific insights designed to enlighten and inspire.
- Reflect and Share: In this safe and supportive space, you’re invited to share your reflections and connect with fellow participants, though the choice to share is always yours.
