Mindful Experiences

Blending art, nature and science

Artful Awareness Meditation specialises in introducing curious minds that are interested in cultivating mindfulness, to simple practical meditations that can be practised anywhere. Our sessions explore mindfulness meditations using our five senses, offering a unique experience that lets you really see, hear, feel, smell and taste the world around us.

Whether we're hosting our famous Mindful Picnics, guiding slow art sessions at local galleries, or fostering creativity in the workplace, all our experiences are led by an accredited meditation teacher practising evidence-based techniques, so you can feel comfortable and safe in our hands.
